WHY A BLOG?

We are delighted to bring you Olio's blog, a place where we can share decades of planning advice specific to the New England and Massachusetts wedding community.

We hope to inspire, share ideas, commiserate, celebrate, and share our honest experience.

Why am I qualified to write these resource guides? I have planned over 500 weddings (!) in the last decade as part of my planning business and started Olio in 2018 as a new venture in a historic building. We have since hosted hundreds of weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, proms, photo and video shoots, milestone birthdays, and so much more.
